Based on our findings, we recommended a complete tear-off and replacement using the GAF EverGuard® 60-mil TPO roofing system, a durable, energy-efficient option designed to handle Long Island’s coastal weather conditions. We also proposed installing 2.5” polyiso insulation board to bring the building up to New York State energy code standards.
